Luscious Lemon
Flavoured with freshly squeezed and zested lemons, doused in a sweet lemon syrup. Finished with layers of a tangy lemon buttercream.
Salted Caramel
Baked with brown sugar for a sweet caramel flavour to contrast the layers of salty caramel buttercream.
Complemented with a silky smooth salted caramel sauce.
Cherry Bakewell
A moist almond sponge filled with a morello cherry preserve.
Completed with Madagascan vanilla buttercream.
